Oklahoma State cracked the AP Top 25 poll for the first time all season on Monday.

The Cowboys split two contests in the past week, but their win came over tenth-ranked Texas in Stillwater. The loss was also quite respectable; a two-point heartbreaker at No. 17 (now No. 11) Iowa State.

OSU is 12-3 overall and 2-1 in Big 12 play.

The Sooners dropped two spots to No. 18 after suffering a home upset against unranked Kansas State on Saturday. OU (11-4, 2-1) also smashed Texas last week, 70-49, in Austin.

Both the Cowboys and Sooners are back in action on Tuesday night. OSU travels to the Phog to face the ninth-ranked Kansas Jayhawks while Oklahoma heads to No. 16 West Virginia. Both tips are at 6 p.m.
