Suspects Charged In Fatal Tulsa Convenience Store Shooting

A suspected armed robber faces 18-charges in a crime spree that ended with a deadly convenience store shooting.

Police said Lakeit Thompson is connected to a number of armed robberies including last Tuesday's hold-up in east Tulsa where a clerk fired back, and killed two robbers.

Oklahoma law allows accomplices to be charged with murder when anyone is killed during a crime.

Police said 17-year-old George Williamson was also involved in the hold-up, and has been charged as an adult with two counts of first-degree murder.
