Tulsa History Buffs Not Required For 'Drunk History' Casting Call
TULSA, Oklahoma - The Comedy Central show Drunk History is holding an open casting call starting at 9:00 Thursday night at Legends in downtown Tulsa.
The show is looking for people to interview and talk about Tulsa as the show passes through.
Entering its third season on Comedy Central, Drunk History, based on the award-winning web series of the same name, “Presents historical reenactments from A-list talent as told by inebriated storytellers.”
Guest stars on the show have included Jack Black, Michael Cera, Courteney Cox, John Lithgow, Patton Oswalt and many more.
According to Comedy Central representative, Allie Lee, “In each episode, there are interstitials featuring locals talking about their town, so the show is looking for folks to interview in the areas they're visiting for season three.”
Lee said the episode will have three stories based on Oklahoma history, but no further details or an air date were given.
You don't need to be a history buff or inebriated to participate in the casting call, but you do have to be 21 or older.
