Tulsa DA: No Charges Filed Against Clerk Involved In Fatal Shooting

The Tulsa County District Attorney's Office said it will not file charges against a convenience store clerk who shot and killed two armed men trying to rob the store.

The Tulsa County District Attorney's Office said it will not file charges against a convenience store clerk who shot and killed two armed men trying to rob the store.

It happened January 13th at Ryan's Convenience Store near 21st and I-44.

The D.A.'s office said Bradley Keeling was justified in shooting the men under Oklahoma's stand your ground law.

Keeling shot and killed Kevin Dobbs and Brian Powell.

This comes one day after the other two men suspected to be involved in the robbery, Lakeit Thompson and George Williamson, were charged.

Thompson faces 18-charges in a crime spree that ended with the convenience store shooting and Williamson has been charged with two counts of first degree murder.
