Colder Air Returns To Oklahoma

Weather forecast. Weather forecast.
TULSA, Oklahoma -

News On 6 meteorologist Alan Crone says this week's mild weather will give way to a cold front moving into Oklahoma Wednesday afternoon. He says Tulsa will reach a high in the lower 50s by noon before temperatures begin falling behind the cold front.

Crone says there is slight chance for some light rain, but mostly south of I-40 Wednesday afternoon.

He says the high on Thursday will only be in the upper 30s.

Looking ahead to Saturday, Crone says much colder air will surge into the state and combined with gusty northeast winds will drop wind chill values into the lower teens early Sunday.
