Boat Racing Coming To Grand Lake

High performance boat racing comes to Grand Lake this summer.

The first annual Grand Lake O' the Cherokees Performance Boat Challenge Shoot-out will feature two days of racing on Grand, but organizers are already talking about expanding the event to five-days.

This year's event is scheduled for July 10th and 11th.

The race course will run from the top of Wolf Creek to Reeds Point.

Along with the racing, there will also be shopping and live music.
