Police: Treated Waste Spilled At Sand Springs Intersection
SAND SPRINGS, Oklahoma - A City of Broken Arrow dump truck left a quite a mess behind in Sand Springs Thursday morning.
Sand Springs Police said the driver of a truck hauling treated waste from BA's waste treatment facility to a disposal site told them his brakes locked up at the intersection of Highway 97 and 41st Street South. Officers said that resulted in about 200 gallons of treated waste to spill onto the road.
Officers directed traffic around the mess until Broken Arrow workers arrived to clean it up.
