The City of Tulsa says road crews will work Sunday evening and be back on the roads early Monday in response to winter weather.

City Of Tulsa Calls In Street Crews For Winter Weather

The City of Tulsa says street response crews reported to work at 9 a.m. Sunday and will work into the evening hours in response to the winter weather.

"Crews will return back to work at 4 a.m. tomorrow morning to respond to areas that may need treated before morning traffic," said Michelle Allen, spokesperson for the city.

On Monday, another round of light snow and flurries is expected across the state. The highest chances remain across southern Oklahoma where another inch or two of snow could occur.

It could amount to another light coating of snow for parts of eastern Oklahoma with temperatures below freezing all that day as well.
