TULSA, Oklahoma - A man is in jail after standoff that took place early Sunday near North Harvard Avenue and East Admiral Place.

Officers said a woman called after 1 a.m. to say a neighbor had pointed a gun at her and her three children. A police supervisor said the call came in as a dispute over a dog.

When officers arrived, the man went inside his home and refused to exit.

After a five-hour standoff, police used pepper balls to take Marlow Bruner into custody.

He was arrested for pointing a deadly weapon and resisting arrest.
