BA Mayor Added To Presidential Election Task Force

Broken Arrow's mayor hopes to help make presidential candidates more aware of what cities need.

The National League of Cities named Mayor Craig Thurmond to its Presidential Election Task Force.

The group will work with candidates and their staff members on the needs of cities across the country and on ways to help cities grow.

The task force held its first meeting in Washington D.C. Tuesday.
