Tulsa Man Sentenced In Shooting Death At Motel

A man has plead guilty to a 2013 manslaughter that occurred in a East Tulsa motel.

Elbert Hendrickson pleaded guilty to first degree manslaughter and shooting with intent to kill.

Police say in September of 2013 Hendrickson and another man robbed a man in his motel room. Police said when the man fought back, Hendrickson accidentally shot his partner.

The partner, Aaron Warner, later died a a hospital.

Hendrickson was sentenced to 30 years for both pleas.
