Tulsa Set To Host Murray State In NIT Round 2

The Tulsa Golden Hurricane will host the Murray State Racers in second round NIT men's basketball action on Monday, March 23, at the Donald W. Reynolds Center on the TU campus. Game time has not yet been established.

Tickets for the game will go on sale this afternoon – Wednesday, March 18 – at 3:00 p.m. on a first-come, first-serve basis. Tickets are priced at $15, $20, $25 and $30 and can be purchased on TU's website, by calling 918.631.GoTU (4688) or by stopping by the TU Athletic Ticket Office at the Reynolds Center.

The easiest and quickest way to purchase NIT second round tickets is the TU website. Fans purchasing tickets online can use the pick your own seat option and print your tickets at home for no extra charge.

Tulsa, 23-10 on the season, is coming off of a 70-67 first round win over William & Mary Tuesday night at the Reynolds Center. Murray State, out of the Ohio Valley Conference, comes into Monday's game after posting an 81-66 NIT victory over the UTEP Miners Tuesday to move to 28-5 overall on the season.

The Racers won 25 straight games before losing by one point, 88-87, to Belmont in the Ohio Valley Conference Championship Game.
