Sooner Tight End To Transfer To USC

Tight end Taylor McNamara announced on Twitter he will transfer to USC after graduating from OU in May. McNamara will have one year of eligibility and won't have to sit out a year due to being a graduate transfer.

McNamara, a four-star recruit in the 2012 class, ends his Sooner career with one catch for four yards.

He tweeted, “Want to thank everybody at OU for a fun 3 years. Furthest thing from a easy decision to leave, but at the end of the day I felt it was best for my future. I've made great friends who I will keep in touch with after I graduate in May. Excited to say though I'm headed back to So Cal and will be a Trojan come July.”

The Sooners currently have three tight ends on their roster this spring.
