Man Arrested For Secretly Recording Video In TU Men's Locker Room

Tulsa Police say a Broken Arrow man is in jail after they say he secretly recorded video of men changing in a locker room on the University of Tulsa campus. 

Isaac Spengler, 34, was arrested Wednesday.  Police said a student found a micro SD memory card in a restroom on campus and gave it to campus security.  Security discovered three videos of men changing their clothes on the card.  

Police said on one of the videos, Spengler face was seen. Campus security also identified Spengler on surveillance video signing into the school's fitness center. 

According to the arrest report, Spengler admitted he put his cell phone inside his locker to record the videos.

Spengler was booked into the Tulsa County jail on three complaints of peeping tom with electronic equipment.
