The Oklahoma City Dodgers scored all three of their runs in the eighth inning, including a two-run homer by Chris Heisey, for a 3-1 win against the Omaha Storm Chasers Sunday afternoon at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark.

Heisey's team-leading fifth home run of the season landed in the Dodgers' bullpen in left center field and broke a 1-1 tie in front of a crowd of 5,868.

The Dodgers took a 2-0 lead in their four-game series with the Storm Chasers as Oklahoma City improved to a league-best 14-4 record.

Omaha (9-8) scored first, taking a 1-0 lead in the fifth inning.

Casey Kotchman led off the fifth inning with a double on a line drive to right field. He advanced to third on a sacrifice bunt by Orlando Calixte and scored on a single by Jose Martinez.

The Dodgers scored all three runs in the eighth inning for a second straight come-from-behind win against the Storm Chasers.

Darwin Barney reached on an error to lead off the eighth for the Dodgers. He advanced to second on a single by Buck Britton, then stole third base. A wild pitch by Brian Broderick with Kyle Jensen batting allowed Barney to score and tie the game, 1-1, with one out before Heisey homered.

In a spot start for Oklahoma City, Randy Fontanez tossed 4.0 scoreless innings, holding Omaha to one hit, one walk and striking out three. Sunday marked his Triple-A debut.

Josh Ravin (2-0) earned the win for Oklahoma City, pitching a scoreless eighth, and David Aardsma earned his fifth save with a scoreless ninth. Ravin and Aardsma each allowed one hit and struck out two Omaha batters.

Omaha's Brian Broderick (1-1) was charged with the loss and a blown save, allowing three runs (two earned) and four hits over 2.0 innings.

The Dodgers have won five of their last six games and continue their four-game series against the Storm Chasers at 7:05 p.m. Monday at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark.
