Tulsa Police arrested a man suspected in the two smash and grabs robberies.

One happened at Promenade Mall, the other at an east Tulsa Walmart last month.

Officers said Lloyd Clemons, 24, robbed the JCPenney in Promenade Mall on April 27. They say he used a spark plug to crack the glass in the jewelry display case then broke it out with his fist and grabbed handfuls of jewelry.

Police believe Clemons did the same thing at Walmart near 71st and Memorial on April 22.
