In Muskogee County, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol rescued a man stranded in his vehicle because of high water.

They responded with a boat around 10:15 a.m. to a bridge on Coffee Road north of Highway 64, an OHP report says.

Troopers said the water was rising on both sides of the bridge.
