Pryor is tripling in size this weekend with fans arriving for Rocklahoma. The music festival is drawing crowds from all over and the wet weather isn't stopping the party.

If conditions get severe, the organizers said they have a plan in place to keep everyone safe.

Rocklahoma is coming to life in Pryor as fans like Shannon Lewis camped out, way before the first act took the stage, to get ready for a weekend full of rock 'n' roll.

"Not at all, we're prepared. We got everything tarped down this morning and we're ready to roll," she said.

Festival organizers don't expect the wet weather to delay any of the performances. Executive Producer Joe Litvag and his team are keeping an eye out for any severe weather.

"On a weekend like this I'll spend most of the weekend glued to like three different versions of radar, watching the weather kind of minute-by-minute, and we have emergency plans that we have ready to put in place if need be, but a little rain isn't going to stop us," he said.

In Pryor, the heavy traffic is slowing the main intersection in and out of town, and businesses have been preparing for the rock fans for the past week.

"Business is great. We look forward to it every year, our Rocklahoma fans," said Erica Smith.

Smith said she plans to head to the concerts once she clocks out.

"I'm excited, it's going to be a little messy, but who cares, going to have fun, dance in the rain," she said.

Lewis said, "You're going to get wet, you're going to get muddy. We're doing the whole, you know, mud shoes and rain boots and all so."

Rocklahoma has some big acts playing. Godsmack will take the stage tonight and other bands, like Slayer and Linkin Park, will be playing throughout the weekend.
