A driver wasn't hurt when an SUV got stuck in a sinkhole on a Creek County road Saturday night.

County Commissioner Rick Stewart said the Jeep drove into the huge hole in the middle of 81st Street just west of 97th at about 10 p.m. on May 23, 2015.

Deputies closed the road and a tow truck pulled the Jeep out of the hole.

Stewart said a crew started working on the damage Sunday morning and hoped to have the road reopened on Sunday afternoon.
