Teenager Shot Inside South Tulsa Apartment

Police say someone fired a gun at an apartment window hitting a Tulsa teen in the right shoulder early Wednesday. 

Officers were called to the apartment in the 6500 block of South Newport at 12:20 a.m. after getting a 911 call.

Police said there were a number of people inside the apartment at the time, but 18-year-old was the only one hit. EMSA took the teen to the hospital in good condition.

Officers have not released a description of the shooter and are still interviewing the other people who were inside the apartment.
