The National Weather Service is warning of new flooding across much of Oklahoma, where creeks, rivers and lakes remain swollen from spring showers.
The NWS has issued new flash flood warnings for most of northeast Oklahoma.
News On 6 meteorologist Alan Crone says Thursday morning's rain will taper off as the storms move eastward. He says another system is expected to move into the state Thursday afternoon bringing the threat of additional rain to eastern Oklahoma.
Crone says the chance for more rain into the weekend remains high as well.
