Mother Catches OKC Man Peeping Under Teenage Daughter's Skirt

A metro man is arrested for looking up a 13-year-old girl's skirt and the mother caught him in the act.

The incident occurred Sunday, at a restaurant at I-240 and Western.

Police have Jesus Meza-Barrios in custody. An affidavit also, states Meza-Barrios was even recording video of the girl.
