Tulsa Better Business Bureau Files Petition Against Former COO

The Better Business Bureau of Tulsa filed a petition in court Friday against former BBB Chief Operating Officer, Rick Brinkley.

Back in April, the BBB fired Brinkley, now the agency is seeking at least $1 million in damages and an injunction to prevent any further transfer of BBB assets in Brinkley's possession.

Right now, the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation is looking into allegations that Brinkley misappropriated funds while COO.
