Tulsa Super 8 Motel Suspect Waives Preliminary Hearing

A former Tulsa County Sheriff's Deputy charged with first-degree murder waived his preliminary hearing on Friday, meaning he's one step closer to trial.

Warren Crittenden is one of four people charged in the Jan. 27 murder of Michael Owens at the Super 8 Motel near 31st and Memorial.

He'll be back in court later this month.

Police have arrested Crittenden, Kendrick Logan, Pamela Taylor and Jerome Hardaway for Owens' death.
