They identify the suspect as 18-year-old Patrick Marquise Napoleon.

According to police, Napoleon approached the contract worker at 6th and Delaware at about 7 a.m., pulled a BB gun and demanded the man's cell phone. Police said the man told the teen in Spanish that he didn't understand and the suspect left.
