The NBA Draft is less than two weeks away and the Thunder own the No. 14 pick thanks to an injury-riddled nightmare of a season. Every day until Draft day, we'll be counting down the top 18 prospects that the Thunder should target. We'll analyze two players a day until Draft night on June 25.

It is important to note that only realistic players will be included in this list. Therefore, you won't be reading about Jahlil Okafor or Justise Winslow or Kristaps Porzingis because there's no way those guys slip down to 14.

To read about prospects 18-15, click the links below. Now that you know the rules, let's get started.

14. Trey Lyles – PF – Kentucky

Strengths

Lyles is one of the more skilled post prospects in this draft. At 6-foot-10, Lyles can step out and shoot the midrange jumper as well as find open teammates. He's a long, mobile big who plays with a high level of awareness. And at 19 years old, there's plenty of potential.

Weaknesses

Despite his 7-foot-2 wingspan, Lyles blocked less than one shot per 40 minutes. Lyles possesses average athleticism, so in order to become a better post defender, he'll need to beef up his 240-pound frame. Lyles is a tough scout because he spent his entire freshman season at Kentucky playing out of position. John Calipari ran Lyles at the small forward spot so he could also start Willie Cauley-Stein and Karl Towns.

Ersan Ilyasova, Cody Zeller

How he'd fit the Thunder

The Thunder's deepest current position is big man. Assuming Enes Kanter is retained, it'll be Kanter, Serge Ibaka, Steven Adams, Mitch McGary and probably even Nick Collison ahead of Lyles in the rotation. In other words, Lyles would begin his career across the street at the Cox Center playing for the Blue.

13. Myles Turner – C – Texas

Strengths

The measurable on this guy are off the charts. Turner is 6-foot-11 with a 7-4 wingspan, he's got a solid frame and is just 19 years old. He can rebound, protect the rim and step out and knock down shots. He also shot 84 percent from the line last season; a crucial ability for a big.

Weaknesses

From what you've read so far, he sounds like the No. 1 overall pick. But beyond the combine numbers, Turner makes you scratch your head. He averaged just 10 points for a bad Texas team last year and constantly settled for jump shots. He's a guy who should be attacking the rim mercilessly, but instead, he plays like he's afraid of contact. When Turner does get it down low, he struggles with a limited array of post moves. He also struggles to pass out of the post.

Al Horford, Nerlens Noel

How he'd fit the Thunder

Turner's physical abilities will likely make him a lottery pick. If Turner slips to 14, Sam Presti will have a tough decision on his hands. Select one of the highest upsides in the entire draft despite not necessarily needing another center, or bypass him for a guy who can help sooner. If OKC does grab Turner, it'll certainly be a value pick, not one of need. Like Lyles, Turner would make himself very familiar with the Cox Center until the Thunder can clear a rotation spot up.
