The Nashville Sounds built a seven-run lead through four innings on their way to a 7-2 win Saturday against the Oklahoma City Dodgers at First Tennessee Park.

The league-leading Dodgers (48-26) have now lost back-to-back games for the first time since June 5 and have dropped consecutive games against Nashville for the first time this season.

The Sounds (34-42) scored their first runs in the first inning when Jason Pridie hit a two-run single to center field with runners at second and third base for a 2-0 lead.

Nashville took a 3-0 lead in the third inning. Craig Gentry got on base due to a catcher's interference infraction on Austin Barnes. Gentry stole second base and advanced to third before scoring on a RBI single by Ryan Roberts.

Nashville added four runs in the fourth inning.

Niuman Romero connected on a RBI single before Andy Parrino knocked a three-run homer to left center field to take a 7-0 lead.

Oklahoma City got on the scoreboard in the fifth inning when Darwin Barney led off with his first homer of the season to left field to cut Nashville's lead to 7-1. Barney went 3-for-5 in the game to pace the Dodgers.

Kyle Jensen drew a walk in the top of the eighth inning, then scored when Luis Mateo grounded out to cut Nashville's lead to 7-2.

Nashville starting pitcher Sean Nolin (2-1) earned the win, holding the Dodgers to one run and eight hits over 5.2 innings. He walked two and struck out three.

Oklahoma City starting pitcher Ian Thomas (3-1) allowed seven runs (six earned) and eight hits in the loss. He walked two and struck out five.

Oklahoma City was held 0-for-12 with runners in scoring position Saturday and have now lost four of their last six games. They last lost consecutive games during a five-game losing streak at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark June 1-5 and last lost consecutive road games May 12-13 at New Orleans.
