Broken Arrow Takes First Step To Fix Mold Problem At Fire Station

The City of Broken Arrow has drafted a bid proposal to renovate a fire station which was temporarily closed in early June after mold was found inside.

The City of Broken Arrow has drafted a bid proposal to renovate a fire station which was temporarily closed in early June after mold was found inside.

The city's engineering department has developed bid specs to remediate fire station #1. Once a contractor is selected, repairs will be made the station located at 120 South Kenosha. 

In the meantime, firefighters and equipment have been relocated to fire station #6 at 3151 North 9th Street.
