Civil Suit Filed Against OKC Officer Accused Of Sexual Assaults

A number of the alleged victims in the sexual assault case against former Oklahoma City police officer Daniel Holtzclaw have filed a civil suit.

Attorney Mark Hammons filed the suit on behalf of the women on Thursday.

In all, Holtzclaw is facing 35 felony counts and one misdemeanor after 13 women testified about their forced sexual encounters with the officer while he was out on patrol.
