TULSA, Oklahoma -
It was a big weekend for a Broken Arrow girl. Riley Higgins had the chance to represent Oklahoma at the White House for the kids state dinner.
Riley entered the Healthy Lunchtime Challenge and won the chance to share her recipe with the First Lady of the United States.
That happened on Friday afternoon at the Kids' State Dinner at the White House.
Her recipe was "M"eggs"ican Quesadillas with Pineapple Dipping Sauce."
Riley and her mom Erin joined 6 In The Morning Monday morning to talk about the trip.
