Property Auction Ends In Good Deals For Tulsa Buyers

An auction on Friday morning gave plenty of amazing deals to folks in north Tulsa.

Twenty-four properties were on the block, and 20 of those were from the Tulsa Housing Authority.

Some of the buyers told us they were trying to reclaim the homes they grew up in, and many of them got good deals with properties selling for as low $50.

"People take it for granted that they don't have the money or the means to walk up and bid on a property,” home owner David Barclow said. “But today I experienced a miracles. I bought seven other properties for $50 a piece."

Nonprofits were also involved, with several of the properties sold going to a children's ministry.
