The Humane Society of Tulsa needs some help. Earlier this week, they helped the Grant Country Sheriffs Office with an animal cruelty investigation, and now they have 24 new dogs to take care of.

Some of the dogs are greyhounds, according to the Humane Society.

The dogs are emaciated and in need of medical care. They listed some of the donations needed to help care for the animals:

  • Volunteers to bathe and feed the greyhounds.
  • Oatmeal or medicate shampoo
  • Donations including large dog beds, collars, canned dog food and bath towels
  • Large dog beds
  • Paper towels
  • Flea and ticket preventatives
  • Monetary donations - which can be made at TulsaPets.com

You can also mail a check to 9521-B S. Riverside, #542, Tulsa, OK 74137. And of course, they'd like to find either foster homes or adoptive families.
