SUV Driver Bruised After Rear-Ending Tulsa Transit Bus

Police said a driver received bruises and a cut lip when her Saturn SUV struck the back of a Tulsa Transit bus Tuesday morning.

The crash happened in the 7100 block of South Wheeling just after 8:15 a.m.  Police said the bus had just stopped to unload passengers when it was hit.  

EMSA took the SUV's driver to a Tulsa hospital to be checked out. No word if she was cited by police.

Police said there were five people on the bus including the driver. None of them were injured.
