Police Investigate Car Crashed Into Tulsa Church

Police are searching for answers after they found a stolen car that had crashed into a church late Wednesday.

They say around 11:30 p.m., they noticed a car that had crashed into the church at North Greenwood and East Cameron.

It was a silver four-door sedan, and they say a man was standing right next to it. When they went to confront the man, he ran away.

They have not been able to find him since.

Officers checked into the the car's license plate and found out it had been reported stolen.

The car was towed away.

As for the church, the damage is mainly to two front support bases.

Anyone who may have seen something is asked to call police.
