Prosecutors filed a charge against a Talala woman who left her 1-year-old daughter in a car at the Owasso Walmart last month.

Hannah Secondi faces a single felony count of child neglect.

According to the arrest report, officers responded to the Walmart at 12101 East 96th Street North on the afternoon of July 28, 2015, after witnesses said a small child was inside a vehicle.

Medics said the internal temperature of the child was over 100 degrees when they took the girl to the hospital.

The arresting officer's body camera video showed he made contact with Secondi as she walked out of the store. According to the officer, Secondi said she was in the Walmart for about 45 minutes and had forgotten the child was in the minivan.

Other shoppers found the girl in the van, got her out and called police.
