Two brothers accused in a deadly hit and run are out of jail on bond.

Gage, 19, and Dakota, 21, Shriver will be back in court on August 26th for another hearing.

Both face a charge of murder in the second degree for the death of Noelle New.

Detectives say the brothers had been drinking and were fighting over the radio when their truck struck New and her friend Miranda Talley as the girls walked down the road

The boy's mother, Dorothea Butanda, 38, of Catoosa is also charged with accessory after the fact and obstructing an officer. Her arrest report says she helped her sons hide evidence and misled investigators.
