DA Adds Child Porn Charges Against Former Union P.E. Teacher

We have new developments this evening in the case of a former Union P.E. teacher accused of sending nude pictures to a former student.

Christopher Planer was in court in Rogers County on Thursday on charges of lewd or indecent proposals to someone under the age of 16 and using technology to solicit a sex act.

The district attorney has now added three counts of child pornography.

Investigators say Planer and the victim exchanged messages through the mobile app Snapchat.

The victim says Planer sent nude photos of himself and asked the victim to send naked pictures in return.
