Muskogee police say an arrest has been made in the home invasion beating that left a woman in her late 50s badly injured.  Prosecutors charged Kimberlee Milligan with aggravated assault and battery, strong armed robbery and burglary.

Police say Milligan went to the home Tuesday in search of prescription pain killers and forced her way inside. She then beat the victims so badly the woman had to be flown to a Tulsa hospital, according to police.

The victim was released from the hospital Friday.

The 29-year-old Milligan is a Muskogee resident, according to jail records.
