Two police officers crash after an overnight chase through several Southwest Oklahoma City neighborhoods.

Police say the pursuit began after midnight when a caller reported seeing a man with a gun in a vehicle near Southwest 29th and May.

Officers were speaking to the suspects when the driver took off.

The chase ended in a crash near Southwest 38th and Agnew. When police say officers in two separate cruisers hit the suspect's vehicle after the driver turned off his lights during the pursuit.

“Luckily nobody was injured. The driver exited the vehicle and ran and the officer gave chase. Eventually with the use of a canine, we were able to track down the suspect,” said OKC Police Captain Daniel Stewart.

Police also arrested two passengers in the car without incident.
