TULSA, Oklahoma - Saturday was a great day to get outside with a dog and enjoy the weather - and a great day to adopt a new pet. Labs and their potential owners took over the Guthrie Green for Labapalooza.

The event is put on by Lab Rescue of Oklahoma, and all the money raised go to help with medical expenses, food and shelter fees and any other costs related to rescuing Labrador Retrievers in Oklahoma.

"I am a foster mom for Lab Rescue Oklahoma, and it is one of the most rewarding things I have ever done," said Karna Williams, Lab Rescue Oklahoma.

Labapalooza is Lab Rescue's largest fundraiser each year and helps labs find their happy forever homes.
