An 82-year-old Anadarko pastor is accused of preying on a 7-year-old girl.

Now he's charged with sex crimes, and the Caddo County Sheriff's Office fears there may be more victims.

Pastor Milton Toehay, a pastor at Washita Full Grace Church, told police the little girl was helping him clean up his office.

But, what was going on when the victim's grandmother walked in on the two is a completely different story.

The unthinkable allegedly happened between the 82-year-old man and the 7-year-old girl inside his church office.

And police say the molestation may have been happening every Sunday for two years.

“First thing that come to mind is what a tragedy it is,” said undersheriff, Lennis Miller.

Caddo County Undersheriff Lennis Miller says the next thing that comes to mind is the possibility of more victims.

“If he’s been in the ministry for all these years, how many other people have suffered from this,” said Miller.

According to court documents, this past Sunday a church member noticed her granddaughter wasn't with the other children in a classroom inside the church. She was told the victim was inside Pastor Toehay's office.

When she went inside the pastor's study she tells investigators her granddaughter was between the pastor and the desk with her shorts and underwear pulled to her thigh.

She immediately took the child to the Anadarko Emergency room.

That's where police were called and Toehay was then arrested at his church.

“He told my deputy one story, and by the next day when he was interviewed again, he had changed that story a little bit,” said Miller.

And Miller says neither story appears to be true.

At one point, Toehay told police the victim started to fall and she caught her pants on the trash can.

“Neither story fit the situation. It wouldn’t surprise me in a case like this for more people to come forward. That’s usually pretty common,” said Miller.

If Toehay is convicted, he could live the rest of his life in prison.

His bond is set at $300,000.
