A second person has been arrested in connection with a Sequoyah County homicide.

Kyle Majors, of Vian, was taken into custody on complaints of accessory to second-degree murder and obstruction, the sheriff’s department says.

He is being held without bond.

According to officials, video surveillance shows Majors lied about his involvement in the homicide case, and investigators found evidence that Majors used the victim’s credit card.

Kliney Dane Crum, 31, was airlifted to a Tulsa hospital and on Wednesday. He was found unconscious on a garage floor near Vian on Tuesday night. He had trauma to his body from an apparent attack, the sheriff said.

Michael Buster, 23, of Sequoyah County, was found in the area where Crum was found. He was arrested on Wednesday morning for public intoxication, then a second-degree murder complaint was added after questioning.

Buster also is being held without bond.

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation is assisting in the case.
