Tulsa Motorcyclist Arrested For Eluding, Pot Possession

Tulsa's police helicopter helped track down a motorcyclist who reportedly took off instead of pulling over for the law overnight Tuesday. Michael Romine, 26, is in Tulsa County Jail.

Police said they tried to stop him for speeding near 31st and Sheridan. When he instead accelerated and turned east on 31st Street, police followed him to a home near 1st and Memorial. He tried to hide in the yard but was taken into custody, an arrest report states.

Romine was booked on complaints of eluding and possession of marijuana.
