Foyil Man Arrested For Indecent Exposure Involving Children

A Foyil man was arrested for indecent exposure to minors.

It happened at about 6:30 p.m. on October 8, 2015. Rogers County deputies said they responded to a home in the 1200 block of South Foyil Acres Drive in reference to indecent exposure involving children.

Deputies said witnesses told them James Keils stood on his back porch, urinated then shook his private parts at two children.

According to the report, Foyil Public Schools is about 500 feet from James’ back porch.
