News On 6 Nominated For Tulsa 'Newsie' Awards

News On 6 is thrilled to be nominated for a long list of Newsie awards. Online voting ends October 19.

The Newsies are sponsored by the Tulsa Press Club and give members of the public the chance to pick their favorite journalists across all media platforms.

Candidates are nominated by members of the Tulsa Press Club, which then opens voting to the public. Categories range from favorite print reporter, favorite television anchor team, favorite radio show to best website.

This year’s Newsies will be awarded on October 27 at the Sky Loft at First Place Tower in downtown Tulsa. Proceeds support the programs of the Tulsa Press Club, one of the few remaining press clubs in the country.
