Tulsa Police Release Name Of Man Killed In Fiery Wreck

TULSA, Oklahoma -

Tulsa Police have released the name of a man killed in a fiery wreck overnight Sunday. Antonio Gaona, 21, died when the car he was riding in crashed on 31st Street near 129th East Avenue around 2 a.m.

The car was eastbound on 31st Street when it left the road, flipped several times and hit a tree. Officer Leland Ashley said the wreck is still under investigation, but early reports indicate the driver was going at a high rate of speed.

They are also looking into the possibility that alcohol was involved in the rollover crash.

Two other people survived the wreck. Driver David Urquiza and passenger Martin Tapia, both 22, are remain hospitalized with their injuries, Ashley said.
