Tulsa Man Shot After Getting A Ride Home

A man is recovering after he was shot after getting a ride home. It happened just before 10 p.m. Sunday in the 2400 block of South 130th East Avenue. When police arrived at a home, they found the victim lying on the front porch.

He told police he was given a ride to his mother's house by a couple of men he doesn't know well. When they got to the house, the men pointed a weapon at him, demanding his wallet and money.
A struggle ensued, and the man was shot in the leg.

He was taken to the hospital with non life-threatening injuries. There is not a good description of the robbers.
