4 Siegi’s Bratwurst
1 yellow onion, sliced
1 jar Bavarian sauerkraut
1/2 cup cooked diced bacon
1/4 cup chicken stock
1 TBSP caraway seeds
Bratwurst buns
Siegi’s mustard

Simmer sausages in water. 
Heat kraut, bacon, chicken stock and caraway seeds in a pan until hot. 
Saute sliced onions in butter or oil.
Pan fry sausages with onions until golden brown.
Place on buns, add kraut and mustard.
