Police arrested a 49-year-old man after a two hour standoff with officers at a Tulsa apartment complex Wednesday evening.

Officers said just after 8:30 p.m. they got a call that Stephen Power had pointed a rifle at several residents at the Balboa Park Apartments in the 4700 block of South Fulton.  They arrived to find Power outside his apartment holding the rifle.  Police secured the area and just before 11 p.m. police said Power went back inside his apartment, put the rifle down and surrendered to officers.

Power was booked into the Tulsa County jail on complaints of pointing a firearm with intent and resisting officers.  Jail records show Stephen Power is being held on a $20,500 bond with a court appearance set for October 29.
