Dick Faurot Throws In The Fish At Sapulpa Pretty Water Lake

Sapulpa's Pretty Water Lake is stocked for its annual fall and winter trout season. And surprise - our own expert angler Dick Faurot, was there to throw in the first fish, but it took him a couple of tries. 

The Parks Department will stock the lake every two weeks during trout season - which runs from November first to April first. Crews expect to stock 700 pounds of trout at each stocking.

The city is planning two family fishing derbies. The lake is closed until the fishing derby opens the season this Saturday.

You do have to have a permit to fish.
